Indium Oxide Description:

Indium oxide is an oxide with the molecular formula In2O3. The pure product is a white or light yellow amorphous powder that transforms into a reddish brown color upon heating. Indium oxide is a new type of n-type transparent semiconductor functional material, which has a wide bandgap, small resistivity, and high catalytic activity.
