White triangular crystalline particles. Insoluble in water. Slightly soluble in hot acid or alkaline solutions. Easily soluble in alkali metal hydroxides and dilute inorganic acids. It is a wide bandgap semiconductor with an Eg of 4.9 eV, and its conductivity and luminescent properties have long attracted people's attention.

Gallium Oxide Applications:

It has broad application prospects in optoelectronic devices and is used as an insulation layer in Ga based semiconductor materials, as well as ultraviolet filters. It can also be used as an O2 chemical detector.
